Surbiton
Covering Surbiton and KT5 & KT6 — a short drive from our base in Chessington.
Your local electrician in Surbiton, with every fixed price published.
Surbiton has a lot of Victorian and Edwardian houses, many converted into flats, around the station and the roads off Victoria Road, plus purpose-built blocks along the riverside and towards Kingston. With the fast trains into Waterloo, a large share of homes here are rented.
For landlords here, EICRs on flats and converted houses need care, as older wiring and shared supplies are common. We also upgrade consumer units in period properties and can help when a tenancy or sale deadline is looming.
